Customers outside of the UK are responsible for any overseas customs clearance and taxes that may apply.

UK Shipping Charges:

UK orders have 3 options available:

• FREE Standard Shipping on al orders over £50.
• Standard UK - 2nd Class Royal Mail (usually 2-4 working days) £3.95,
• 1st Class Royal Mail (usually 1-3 working days, including Saturdays) is £4.85.
• Alternatively, UK Next Working Day Delivery (place order before 1pm) is £7.65.

Australia & New Zealand:

• FREE on orders over $100
• Express International Tracked & Signed: 2 to 11 business days £23 GBP*

Return Policy:

We hope you love your Potion Organic purchase, but if a product you have ordered is damaged, please let us know immediately and within 14 days of purchase. We would be happy to offer a full refund or replacement. Please ensure you include your name and order number when emailing info@potionorganic.com providing details of the damage, including any photos.
Once the item has been returned, a refund usually takes 3-5 business days to be credited back to your original payment method, or a replacement is sent free of charge. We can only refund shipping costs on products that are damaged.

Everyone's skin is different and for some it may take longer to see effects of a product usage. Therefore, we cannot accept returns as a result of any skin conditions or reactions. We would be more than happy to help, should you have any questions before and after the purchase. We highly recommend reading the full ingredient list, directions on how to use the product and the allergens information first.

What if your order hasn't arrived?

If you experience your parcel going missing, please contact us and we will attempt to track down the order. We cannot take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels where the parcel has been registered as delivered.
